This exhibition is presented exclusively on Instagram and mobilizes the power of social media to transport collectors to artists at home around the world while contributing to a good cause.
Curator Om Bleicher invited artists discovered mainly through the Instagram discovery feature for this exhibition.
Art is Life is a second phase that carries on from Art is Love curated by Kate Stern. The two exhibits will run concurrently on the galleries instagram page “@bggallery”
By harnessing the power of social media, the gallery will facilitate introductions to these artists during the live reception and take a look at the artists’ works in situ.
The live streaming event will be held on May 30th at 5-8pm, Los Angeles time.
With support from sales from this exhibit, the gallery will contribute to United Way Worldwide’s Global COVID-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund. A representative from United Way will be joining the festivities on Instragram Live.
