Neil Holyoak performs a low key acoustic set previewing songs from his upcoming album. Also featured are local acts Mia Loucks, Erinn Williams and Nick Josephs. Erinn Williams and Nick Josephs will play classics and newbies. Mia Loucks will play the first public performance of her music.
Holyoak is a Montreal based act whose highly authentic sound speaks to folk influences intertwined with experimentation. Mia Loucks subtle lofi tracks were originally influenced by artists like, PJ Harvey, Liz Phair and Angel Olsen and now have become a thing of their own. Up until recently she recorded her songs in secret and only her close friends and family have heard them. http://MiaLoucks.com
